What a strange World in which we live? How can anyone, let alone a judge, take seriously that Paris Hilton is the busiest person on the planet?
You may have missed this, but there is a little story that Paris Hilton is being sued over not promoting a film. The detail I didn’t pay much attention too – too busy! However In the report it states that her lawyer said she was the busiest person on the planet and she claimed she loses her phone every week or so and had never seen a phone bill!
This does beg the question of what constitutes as busy and what counts as work? If you fill your time with socialising, sitting around in pampering sessions, searching for best friends, surely that is personal choice?
I suspect people having to work all hours god sends just to make ends meet would be juggling jobs and family with no free time thinking “I’ll bet that Paris Hilton’s busy, wouldn’t want to swap with her!”
How do we get some of these “celebs” living on cloud cuckoo to get real!
I am reminded though of a story of Nicholas Soames MP campaigning for an election to Parliament. He knocked on a door of a Council house and a chap came to the door in a collarless shirt. Soames looked at him and said “If I’d known you were dressing for dinner I would have called later!”
Next we’ll be hearing that Paris is giving up her money and life because it is too stressful! Perhaps that would then show her what busy is!
